DataIQ
DataIQ is used to analyze structured data and generate insights from it. It works with data that is already in a structured format, such as records stored in a data board or a connected database, and provides tools to explore, filter, and visualize that data and to build reports and dashboards.
Use DataIQ when your data is already structured. If your information is still inside documents (for example, invoices or business cards), process it through DocIQ first. The extracted records are stored in Document Boards, which can then be analyzed in DataIQ.
Viewing Data Boards
From Knowledge, select DataIQ.

Data Boards are displayed as individual cards. Each board card shows:
Board name (for example, Sales Leads, Invoice Records or Customer Contacts).
RECORDS, the number of records the board contains (for example, 120 RECORDS).

Click ⋮ on a card for further actions, including editing the board information and deleting the board.
Opening a Board
Click a board card to open it.
Records are displayed in a table, with one column for each field in the data source (for example, Name, Company, Region, Amount, Status, Created Date and Owner).

Click a column header's sort arrows to sort by that column.
Managing Records

View a record: Hover over a row and click the record details icon in the No. column.

Click the Save icon (blue disk) at the top right, or click the SAVE button at the bottom of the form.
Hover over the Record ID, and click Record ID at the top right of the record. The record's unique ID is copied to your clipboard. Paste the ID wherever you need it (for example, in a support ticket or search field).
