# Document Models

Document Models define the structure of the information that DocIQ should identify and extract from documents. Each model contains a set of attributes representing the information expected from a particular type of document. For example, an Expense Receipt model may contain attributes for values such as the receipt date, amount, vendor, or other relevant information.
