# Document Uploads

The **Document Uploads** page provides a history of documents processed through DocIQ. It allows users to review which document model was applied, where the extracted information was saved, and whether document processing was successful.

### Viewing Processed Documents

1. From the left navigation menu, expand **DocIQ**.
2. Click **Document Uploads**.
3. Review the list of processed documents displayed in the table. For each document, the following information is available:

* **File ID:** Unique identifier assigned to the processed document.
* **File Name:** Name of the document or image that was processed.
* **Target Doc Board:** Displays the Data Board where the extracted information was saved.&#x20;
* **Document Model (Schema):** Displays the Document Model used to identify and extract information from the document.
* **Timestamp:** Shows the date and time when the document was processed.

### Navigating the Document List

1. Use **Display per page** at the bottom of the page to control the number of records displayed.
2. Use the page navigation controls to move between pages when multiple records are available.
