# InsightsIQ
InsightsIQ provides a conversational AI workspace where users can interact with available AI Agents to ask questions, retrieve information, complete agent-specific tasks, and continue previous conversations.
Each AI Agent is configured for a particular purpose. Depending on the selected agent, users can interact with connected knowledge sources, business processes, documents, or other configured capabilities directly through the chat interface.
### Accessing InsightsIQ
1. From the main navigation menu, select **InsightsIQ**.
2. The InsightsIQ workspace opens.
3. Existing conversations are displayed in the left panel.
### Selecting an AI Agent
Before starting a conversation, select the AI Agent you want to use.
1. Click **Select Agent** at the top of the InsightsIQ workspace.
2. The available AI Agents are displayed in the drop-down list.
3. Use the **Search agents** field to locate a specific agent when required.
4. Review the agent name and description to identify the appropriate agent for your task.
5. Select an agent from the list.
The selected agent name is displayed at the top of the conversation workspace.
> The agents available to you depend on the AI Agents configured in your iMBrace environment and your access permissions.
### Starting a Conversation
1. Select the required AI Agent.
2. Enter your question or instruction in the message field at the bottom of the screen.
3. If required, use the **attachment** icon to include supporting content.
4. Click the **Send** arrow to submit the message.
5. The selected AI Agent processes the request and displays its response in the conversation.
Depending on how the agent has been configured, it may request additional information before completing an action. For example, an agent may ask for authorization details or other required information before continuing a workflow.
### Using Suggested Prompts
Some AI Agents display suggested prompts above the message field. These prompts provide examples of actions supported by the selected agent and can be used to quickly start or continue a conversation.
Click a suggested prompt to send or use the corresponding request with the agent.
### Managing Conversations
InsightsIQ maintains conversation history so previous interactions can be accessed again. The conversation panel may organize chats under:
* **By Agent:** Groups conversations associated with a particular AI Agent.
* **Recents:** Displays recently accessed conversations.
Select a previous conversation to reopen it and continue working with the same context. Use the controls at the top of the conversation panel to:
* **Create a new conversation** using the **+** icon.
* **Search conversations** using the search icon.
* **Delete a conversation** using the delete icon.
* **Show or hide the conversation panel** to provide more space for the active chat.
### Switching Between AI Agents
To use a different AI Agent:
1. Click the currently selected agent at the top of the workspace.
2. Search or browse the available agents.
3. Select the required agent.
4. Start or open a conversation associated with that agent.
This allows users to move between specialized AI Agents depending on the task they want to perform.
