# Business Contact Collector

**Step 1**: Have a look at the feature basics of this Business Contact Collector and click **NEXT**.

**Step 2**: Upon saving and activating, you will find the “**Business Contact Collector**” journey card added to your “**Org Journeys**” collection.&#x20;

**Step 3**: To start managing your contacts and incoming leads, click on the app card and you can select the method that you wish to start uploading contacts.&#x20;

1. **Upload a single contact**                                                                                                                                           Enter the information to create individual contact and company records.

2. **Upload multiple contacts**                                                                                                                                     Create multiple contacts sharing the same information for fields.

a. **Manual Enter Contacts**                                                                                                                                                      Enter the information of multiple contacts. If the contacts are from the same company or share the same tags, you can use “**Shared Info Between Contacts**” to stay productive.

b. **Upload by CSV Files**                                                                                                                                                     Prepare the files in the required format, you can download the template file, add your data to the template and upload them.

The created contacts will be saved to your “**Contacts**” Data Boards.
