# Knowledge Hub

The **Knowledge Hub** is a centralized knowledge management framework within IMBRACE. It serves as the foundational layer for storing, organizing, governing, and activating enterprise knowledge. The Knowledge Hub enables organizations to manage both unstructured content (documents and files) and structured data (records and datasets) in a unified environment. It improves information accessibility, enhances collaboration, and strengthens AI-driven capabilities across the platform.

The Knowledge Hub is composed of two core components:

* **Knowledge Drive** – A folder-based document management structure
* **Knowledge Board** – A structured, board-based data management system

These components operate within the Knowledge Hub ecosystem but serve different content management needs.

#### Core Capabilities

* **Centralized Repository**\
  Consolidates documents, records, and structured data into a single, organized system.
* **Structured Access Control**\
  Ensures secure content management with role-based permissions.
* **Improved Collaboration**\
  Enables teams and groups to access up-to-date materials anytime.
* **AI-Enhanced Intelligence**\
  Provides contextual knowledge to AI agents to improve response relevance and accuracy.
* **Workflow Automation**\
  Supports automation rules to streamline repetitive processes and reduce manual intervention.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://imbrace.gitbook.io/imbrace-documentation/knowledge-hub.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
