# Embedded Signup (WhatsApp)

At **IMBRACE**, our web app offers an **Embedded Signup feature**, empowering businesses to seamlessly onboard the WhatsApp Business Platform directly from our website. This streamlined process simplifies onboarding for businesses, enabling them to swiftly and effortlessly join the **WhatsApp Business Platform** via IMBRACE.

### How to use Embedded Signup feature in our iMBrace Web App?

**Step 1:** Click on the **Channels** tab in the left navigation and select the **WhatsApp** channel and click on the **ADD WHATSAPP** button.

**Step 2:** Click “Continue as \[**YOUR FACEBOOK USERNAME**]”.

**Step 3:** Click **Get Started** to connect your Facebook account to **imbrace.co** and allowing the necessary permissions.

**Step 4:** Select or create your **Meta business account** and input your **Business name**, **Business website or profile page** and select your **Country**.

**This new flow prevents businesses from making errors by disabling businesses where the user is not an admin of, and also disabling creation of a business if they have the maximum amount of businesses created already.**

**Step 5:** Choose or create a **WhatsApp Business account** and create or select a **WhatsApp Business profile**.

**If the user elects to create a new WABA and profile, they will fill out all their WABA and profile information on a single page.**

**Step 6:** Input your WhatsApp business account name, WhatsApp Business profile display name, Category, Business description and Website.

**If the user selects an existing WABA and existing profile, the profile is displayed but will not be editable. To edit the profile, it must be done in the WhatsApp Manager.**

**Step 7:** Input your **Phone number** and select how you would like to verify your number and click **Next** to complete the verification process.

**This is the number that people will see when they chat with you on WhatsApp!**

**Step 8:** Input the **Verification code** and click **Next**.

**Step 9:** Click **Finish** to complete the process.
