# 创建凭证

添加凭证至您的帐户，请参照以下步骤：

**步骤 1:** 点选 **"凭证"** 页面并选择要添加的凭证类型：

1. **渠道** - 选择一个渠道：**Web Widget**, **WhatsApp**, **Facebook**, **LINE**, **WeChat** 或 **Instagram**。凭证将会连接到指定渠道，并要求填入创建渠道所需要的信息。
2. **Integrations** - 整合服务 - 选择一个您要想使用的附加服务。整合服务凭证用于连接第三方服务，如 Salesforce、Google 日历... 等。这些包含保存敏感信息，使工作流程连接点得以访问第三方服务。

**步骤 2:** 依照指示输入所有必填的凭证栏位。

**步骤 3:** 填入必要的信息后，点击 **"创建"** 或 **"连接"** 以保存新凭证。 

**步骤 4:** 要编辑或删除现有凭证，请至 “凭证” 页面中选择凭证并进行必要的更改。

透过以上步骤，您可以轻松地为您的机构添加、编辑或删除凭证，以更容易地连接至各种渠道和第三方服务。 ​
