WhatsApp Outbound

Send outbound messages to customers through WhatsApp with existing WhatsApp message templates. Connect effectively with targeted customers

Step 1: Add New WhatsApp Outbound.

Step 2: Click START to connect to your WhatsApp Business account. Fill in your business information.

Step 3: Create WhatsApp Business Account and WhatsApp Business Profile.

Step 4: Verify Your Phone Number.

Step 5: Upon saving and activating, you will see a new journey card added for you in the Journeys page with the connected WhatsApp channel name.

To start using WhatsApp Outbound, click on the app card and you can select the outbound type - Single Outbound or Group Outbound.

  1. Single Outbound Start a single outbound with one specific number. Choose the WhatsApp message template and send a message.

  1. Group Outbound Start a group outbound by selecting a data board. Choose the WhatsApp message template and send a message.

Once the message is sent successfully, a new record will be created on the "WhatsApp Outbound Records" Data Board.

Edit Setting:

You can find all your added journeys on the “Installed” tab on “Journeys” page and change the settings you’ve walked through with the card action menu “Edit Setting”.
