Facebook Leads Management

Sync Facebook ad lead form leads to iMBrace data board to capture and manage in one place. Consolidate lead generation and empower the team with all information they need.

Step 1: Connect Facebook channel.

Click Add New to add a Facebook channel, or you can add a new channel in Channels page. After that, click NEXT to move to the settings section.

Step 2: Have a look at the feature basics of this Facebook Leads Management and click NEXT.

  • Sync leads captured from Facebook ad lead forms to a Data Board All new incoming leads captured by completing lead forms on Meta Business Suite Leads Center will be synced to the associated Data Board (for Facebook leads) as a new record.

  • Empower the team to manage leads and do more with outbounds Use the synced Facebook ad lead as the source of WhatsApp Outbound or Email Campaign journey to engage with your potential customers and close the marketing and sales loop now.

Step 3: Tracking results on data board

Upon saving and activating the Facebook Leads Management, the related data board will be set up for you. Now you can manage all your Facebook leads from ad lead forms on the “Facebook Leads” data board. You can assign the leads to the team and track the progress of the leads now.

Edit Setting:

You can find all your added journeys on the “Installed” tab on “Journeys” page and change the settings you’ve walked through with the card action menu “Edit Setting”.
