Knowledge Support
The Knowledge Support tab allows your AI Agent to access additional information, documents, FAQs, and datasets. This ensures your agent responds accurately and contextually to user queries while staying aligned with your organization’s data and communication standards.
Select Knowledge Support tab from the top menu. The data you upload here will be used to train and enhance the AI’s performance. Avoid including confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information.

Part A: Upload Supporting Materials
You can upload relevant materials directly to train your AI agent. These materials can include FAQs, product documents, manuals, reports, or service descriptions that the AI can reference when interacting with users.

To upload a file:
Click “+ Upload File”.
Browse and select your desired document (formats such as .pdf, .docx, .txt, .csv, or .xlsx are supported).
Once uploaded, the file will automatically be linked to your agent for reference during responses.
Example Uploads:
Company_Profile_2025.pdf – Overview of your business and services.
Pricing_FAQ.docx – Common customer questions and pricing details.
Service_Packages.xlsx – Breakdown of offerings and benefits.
🟢 Tip: Use clear, structured, and factual documents to ensure the AI extracts meaningful and accurate responses.
Part B: Select a Board from Knowledge Hub
If your organization already has shared knowledge resources, you can connect your AI agent directly to these pre-existing datasets using the Knowledge Hub.

Steps to Select:
Click the Knowledge Hub link.

Review available boards or datasets in the dropdown.
Select the most relevant board(s) for your agent.
Click Apply to attach them to your AI.
