Vonage provides unified communications, contact centres, and programmable communications APIs.

Account integration using API key

To begin, you will need:

• A Vonage account.

STEP 1: Access the Vonage API dashboard.

STEP 2: Copy both the API key and API Secret.

STEP 3: In iMBrace, select Credential and click the [ADD NEW] button.

STEP 4: Select Vonage API in the Integrations section.

STEP 5: Paste the API Key, API Secret and click [CREATE] button.

DONE: The credential can then be used for Vonage nodes.
