How To Find Support

When you’ve encountered any issues with iMBrace or have any inquiries with iMBrace‘s products, kindly follow the steps below to contact our support team.

Step 1: Click on the Get Support tab in the left navigation, which is right above the notification tab to contact our support team. The support platform chat box will appear which can be seen from the figure below.

Remember to initiate the conversation by saying Hi or any other suitable greetings to get the prompt options.

Step 2: A promt of options will be given to select when conversation is initiated which will be Guides and tutorials, Feature request and bug report, Inquiries to the team and Other questions about iMBrace product.

  • Guides and tutorials: Provide users with a detailed resources which is stored in iMBrace’s gitbook.

  • Feature request and bug report: Allows users to suggest new features and report any issues they encounter while using the iMBrace product.

  • Inquiries to the team: Provides a direct line of communication for users to ask specific questions or seek further information from the iMBrace team.

  • Other questions about iMBrace product: Addresses any additional queries users may have about the functionality, usage, or aspects of the iMBrace product.

Step 3: Select an option and the support will have the respective response based on the selected option.

With the steps above, you can contact our support team for any inquiries or assistance that you need.
