The Full Filter feature enables the application of multiple specific filter conditions (ie: gender, stage, etc) to refine data boards effectively according to their filters.
The filter condition for Full Filter will consist of 3 sections as shown in the figure below which is Filter Identifier, Condition and Value (Data from board or user input).
Users are able to use full filters to save all their chosen filter conditions as segmentation groups.
Follow the steps below to utilize Full Filter:
Step 1: Go to the Data Board section in the left sidebar and Navigate to Contacts, then click on the Filter icon and click on Add Filter which opens up the Full Filters Menu for users to set up their preferred filter conditions.
Step 2: In the Full Filter Menu that popped out, users can pick their filters by clicking on the Add Filter button to add more Filter Conditions and clicking Apply.
Step 3: All applied Filters Conditions will be updated on the Data Board for viewing purposes.
The Quick Filter feature expedites the application of default filter conditions for swift filtering in Databoard.
Users can use Quick Filters to filter the databoard to quickly view preferred data.
Quick Filter cannot be used to create segmentation groups.
Follow the steps below to use Quick Filter:
Step 1: Go to the Data Board section and click on the Filter icon.
You will see some default filters at the top of the table, which are Location, Gender, Last Active, and Stage as can be seen from the figure below.
Step 2: Click on the default Filters (ie: Location, Gender, etc) to select your desired filters and click Apply.
Step 3: The applied Filters Condition will be updated on the Data Board for viewing purposes.
The Segmentation feature facilitates grouping multiple Filter Conditions from the Full Filters Menu into Segmentation Group.
There are two ways to create segmentation which is from the Full Filters Menu and the Segmentation Menu.
Step 1: From the Full Filters Menu, click on Save As Segment.
Step 2: Input your desired Segmentation Name and Segmentation Description and click on the “NEXT” button.
Segmentation name - This will be displayed as the label for your segmentation
Segmentation Description - This will be a brief description of the Segmentation Group
Step 3: From the Data Board section, click on the Segmentation icon and then click on the Click to select button to select the segmentation you have created.
Step 4: After that you will be able to see the filters that you have saved as segmentation.
Step 1: In the Databoard page, click on the Segmentation icon, then click on Click to select.
Step 2: In the dropdown menu that appeared, click on New Segmentation to create a new segmentation.
Step 3: Input your Segmentation Name as well as Segmentation Description and click NEXT.
Step 4: Customize your desired Filters Conditions and click on CREATE to finish creating your segmentation.
Click on Add Filter to add more Filters Conditions.
Step 5: The filter conditions will be saved as a segmentation and also be applied to the data board.
