Markdown versions of documentation pages are available by appending `.md` to page URLs; this page is available as [Markdown](https://imbrace.gitbook.io/imbrace-documentation/onboarding-guide/set-up-message-template.md). # Set Up Message Template Message Templates feature saves all the created message templates that can be quickly pasted directly into a Channel Conversation. **Step 1:** Click on **Message Templates** tab in the left navigation sidebar.

**Step 2:** Click on the **Add New Template** button to start adding a new Message Template.

**Step 3:** Input your Message Template **Title** and **Message** and click on the **SAVE** button.

**Step 4:** Click on the **Conversation** tab in the left navigation sidebar and Click on any channel conversation and click on the Message Templates icon to use the created Message Template.

**Step 5:** Select your created Message Template from the Message Templates list.
