Business Contact Collector

Easily create contacts to Data Board with individual/ bulk creation or seamless CSV imports. Simplify contact collection and fuel business expansion to enhance customer relationships.

Step 1: Have a look at the feature basics of this Business Contact Collector and click NEXT.

  • Capture individual contacts with essential details Create and save contacts with vital information in the “Contacts” Data Board. Assign teams for easy follow-up and engagement.

  • Manage bulk contacts efficiently Create multiple contacts on the “Contacts” Data Board using mass entry for consistent information, streamlining workflow.

  • Import contacts via structured CSV files Consolidate your business contact database by importing existing contacts in the required format to the “Contacts” Data Board.

Step 2: Upon saving and activating, you will find the “Business Contact Collector” journey card added to your “Org Journeys” collection.

Step 3: To start managing your contacts and incoming leads, click on the app card and you can select the method that you wish to start uploading contacts.

  1. Upload a single contact Enter the information to create individual contact and company records.

  1. Upload multiple contacts Create multiple contacts sharing the same information for fields.

a. Manual Enter Contacts Enter the information of multiple contacts. If the contacts are from the same company or share the same tags, you can use “Shared Info Between Contacts” to stay productive.

b. Upload by CSV Files Prepare the files in the required format, you can download the template file, add your data to the template and upload them.

The created contacts will be saved to your “Contacts” Data Boards.

Edit Setting:

You can find all your added journeys on the “Installed” tab on “Journeys” page and change the settings you’ve walked through with the card action menu “Edit Setting”.
