Email Campaign

Send email to customers with customized message content. Drive the communication more effectively and maximize the impact of outbound.

Step 1: Add a sender email.

Step 2: Select Sender’s Email, SAVE and click NEXT.

Step 3: Upon saving and activating, you will see a new journey card added for you in the Journeys page with the connected email address. Click on it and you can start the email campaign. You can choose to start from scratch or start with an email template.

  1. Start from scratch Create a new empty email newsletters campaign. Fill in the details and choose the audience group that you want to send the email. You can draft the email newsletters that you want to send and choose to save it as a new template. Then, you can send the email newsletters.

  1. Start with an email template Create a new email newsletter with your existing template. Choose a template, fill in the details and choose the audience group that you want to send the email. Then, you can send the email newsletters.

You can choose the Audience Group that you want to send the newsletters to.

  • Send Newsletters to All Subscribers

  • Send Newsletters with Data Board Segmentation - Choose the databoard segmentation that you wish to reach.

Edit Setting:

You can find all your added journeys on the “Installed” tab on “Journeys” page and change the settings you’ve walked through with the card action menu “Edit Setting”.

Manage email templates:

You can find all your saved email templates and create new templates on the “Org Journeys” page under the card action menu “Templates”.

Share URLs:

You can share URLs to your audiences to subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletters. These URLs can also be used for CTAs anywhere you need.
